The space

An open-air venue in the middle of Flagler Avenue.

Umbrellas and a pergola through the day, string lights and a side bar at night, soft seating in the corners and long tables for a crowd. Inside stays warm and low-lit for the parts of the year and evening when you want walls.

There is parking on site, restrooms on site, and a staff who have run enough of these to know what breaks. Bring your own decor, or tell us what you are picturing and we will handle it.

Two ways to book

Take the whole place, or a piece of it

Rental covers the space, the staff, the setup and the breakdown. Food and drink are billed separately, off the menu you choose with us. Rates run lower off season and higher in season, so ask about your date.

Catering

Build your menu from ours: boards, bowls, sandwich platters, pastries, coffee and tea service. If you want something we do not make, we will bring in a local kitchen we trust.

Live music

We know most of the musicians in this town. Tell us the mood and the budget and we will book the right one for your night.

Everything else

Tents, bounce houses, photographers, florals. We can arrange them so you are not chasing four vendors the week of your party.
